E-Commerce Manager
Job Description:
The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for managing YVIS online sales channels from planning to execution. This role owns online revenue targets, campaign performance, platform readiness, promotion coordination, product listing, stock alignment, and post-campaign reporting
1. Online Sales Performance
- Own monthly and yearly online sales targets across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, LINE, and Website.
- Track daily sales performance by channel and identify gaps vs target.
- Analyze bestsellers, slow-moving items, campaign performance, AOV, conversion rate, ROAS, and sell-through.
- Recommend product push priorities based on sales performance, stock level, margin, and commercial direction.
- Prepare weekly and monthly e-commerce performance reports.
2. Platform Management
- Manage daily operations of all e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure product listings, product names, descriptions, pricing, images, bundles, vouchers, stock, and promotions are accurate.
- Coordinate with platforms for campaign participation.
- Monitor platform rules, fees, visibility, campaign requirements, and performance tools.
- Work with external marketplace partners, account managers, and agencies when needed.
3. Promotion & Cross-Functional Campaign Planning
- Plan the monthly online promotion calendar across all online channels.
- Coordinate promotion mechanics.
- Align with the Commercial Team on sales target, Inventory on stock availability.
- Align with Marketing and Creative on campaign messages, content timeline, graphics, launch assets, and platform creative requirements.
- Align with Finance on margin impact, promotion cost, platform fees, payment terms, and campaign budget.
- Align with Customer Service and Warehouse to prepare for order volume.
- Make sure all teams understand campaign requirements.
4. Performance Marketing / Bottom-Funnel Ads
- Own sales-driven ads such as marketplace ads, CPAS, TikTok Shop ads, retargeting, product ads, and conversion campaigns.
- Work with outsource ads agency to manage budget, product push, ROAS, campaign structure, and creative performance.
- Understand which products should receive ad budget based on sales target, margin, stock, and conversion.
- Report ad performance together with online sales result.
- Coordinate with Marketing for creative assets needed for conversion-focused ads.
5. Customer Experience & Operations
- Work with Customer Service to improve online buying experience, chat response, order issues, cancellation, return, and customer complaints.
- Ensure online product information is clear and reduces customer confusion.
- Work with Warehouse to prepare packing, fulfillment, and delivery readiness during high-volume campaigns.
- Monitor cancellation rate, late shipment, wrong item, platform penalty, and customer review issues.
- Improve online customer journey from product discovery to checkout to after-sales service.
6. Reporting & Data
- Create weekly online sales reports by channel.
- Track key e-commerce KPIs: sales, AOV, conversion rate, ROAS, units sold, sell-through, traffic, order volume, cancellation rate, and campaign performance.
- Analyze what worked and what did not work after each launch or promotion.
- Share clear action plans based on data, not only reporting numbers.
- Work with data/outsource team if needed to improve dashboards and reporting systems.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3β5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, online retail, or digital sales.
- Strong understanding of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, LINE OA, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Experience planning online campaigns, platform mega campaigns, product launches, promotions, vouchers, bundles, and stock push plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review sales performance, AOV, conversion rate, ROAS, sell-through, stock cover, margin, campaign results, and native platform ad performance.
- Comfortable working with sales targets, promotional budgets, platform fees, ads cost, and gross profit impact.
- Able to coordinate across Marketing, Commercial, Merchandising, Inventory, Warehouse, Customer Service, Finance, and external platform partners.
- Detail-oriented, fast execution, strong follow-up, and able to manage multiple campaigns at the same time.
- Experience in fashion, jewelry, accessories, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer retail is preferred.
