WE’RE HIRING Part-time Retail Sales Assistant for Pop-up Store at Central Village.

What You'll Do

Welcome and guide walk-in customers — help them find the perfect YVIS piece and close the sale
Compile and submit daily sales reports
Keep the store tidy and perform regular inventory stock counts
Maintain a beautiful, brand-consistent product display at all times
Follow company procedures and complete tasks assigned by management

Who We're Looking For

Customer-first mindset — you genuinely love helping people and delivering great service
Solid basic English communication skills, with the ability to close a sale confidently
Can communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) — highly preferred!
Comfortable with computers and basic software programs
Great memory for product details and love sharing what you know
A genuine fan of the YVIS brand — passion for the product shows
Polished, friendly personality with a natural flair for sales
Honest, punctual, and accountable — we trust our team
Resourceful and calm under pressure — can handle unexpected situations on the spot
Hands-on and detail-oriented — willing to learn watchstrap cutting for customers
Process-driven — attentive to company SOPs and operational standards to achieve the best results
Growth mindset — open to learning and loves working as part of a team
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent — new graduates are welcome!
Must be available to work weekends and public holidays
