The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing all marketing projects at YVIS, including new collection launches, collaborations, promotions, store openings, PR activities, and special campaigns. This role ensures that every project is delivered on time, aligned with business objectives, and executed with excellence.

Working closely with the Marketing team, this role serves as the central point of coordination across Creative, Graphic Design, Production, Visual Merchandising (VM), Commercial, Warehouse, and external partners to manage project timelines, resources, and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

1. Project Planning

  • Develop and manage the master timeline for all marketing projects.

  • Prioritize projects based on business objectives and launch schedules.

  • Plan project timelines and allocate resources across the Marketing team.

2. Project Management

  • Monitor project progress and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.

  • Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout project execution.

  • Identify potential risks and propose solutions before they impact project timelines.

  • Organize project kick-off meetings, weekly status updates, and action item follow-ups.

  • Proactively identify project bottlenecks and provide hands-on support to help the team keep projects moving forward.

  • Work collaboratively across the Marketing team by coordinating resources, contributing ideas, and supporting campaign execution whenever needed.

3. Timeline & Capacity Management

  • Manage team capacity and prioritize workloads across the Marketing team.

  • Plan production timelines for content creation and campaign deliverables.

  • Coordinate cross-functional workflows to ensure smooth project execution.

4. Asset Management

  • Manage and track marketing assets, including artwork, video content, PR materials, and influencer assets.

  • Organize and deliver assets accurately and on time to internal teams and external partners.

5. Campaign Execution

  • Ensure all campaign elements are fully prepared before launch.

  • Coordinate and monitor the progress of PR, influencer marketing, production, packaging, store VM, and other related teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

6. Project Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare monthly project reports, status updates, and progress reports for the Marketing team.

  • Prepare post-campaign reports, summarizing project performance, challenges, and key learnings.

  • Maintain project documentation and recommend improvements to workflows and project management processes.

7. External Partnership & Marketing Projects

  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, media partners, event organizers, and suppliers for marketing initiatives.

  • Manage communications, timelines, and deliverables for special marketing projects, including events, OOH media, pop-ups, PR activities, brand collaborations, and other offline marketing initiatives.

  • Ensure external partners deliver work according to project requirements, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, Advertising, Fashion Business, or a related field.

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Campaign Management, Project Management, Brand Marketing, Social Media, or related roles.

  • Experience managing marketing campaigns, product launches, or cross-functional projects from planning through execution.

  • Strong understanding of marketing workflows and the responsibilities of each function within a marketing team.

  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders , collaborating across cross-functional teams , external, suppliers, media partners, or event organizers.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare project reports, identify key learnings, and continuously improve project execution.

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.

  • Strong planning, organizational, follow-up, and deadline management skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to assess team capacity, balance workloads, and allocate resources to ensure high-quality execution and on-time delivery.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and confident in coordinating with both internal teams and external partners.

  • Experience in fashion, jewelry, accessories, beauty, lifestyle, or retail brands is a plus.
